Do you accept NHS purchase orders?
Yes, we have many valuable NHS customers. Purchase orders should be sent to our Wellington Street address, you can order your items on the website and then click pay by post and send your Purchase Order through to us.
How and when will my order be dispatched?
The majority of our products are dispatched within one working day and in most cases on the same working day using Royal Mail First Class postage. Larger items may be posted by courier. It is very rare than an item is out of stock however If for any reson there is a delay to your order we will contact you via email to inform you. At this point we will let you know the delivery delay and offer you the chance of a full refund to try and purchase it quicker elsewhere.
I don't understand the VAT exemption?
If you are at all unsure about the VAT exemption process and whether you are able to claim it, please visit http://www.hmrc.gov.uk and type in 701/7 into the search box, this should give you all the information you need. If you are still unsure, please feel free to email or call us and we will try our very best to help you.
I haven't received my order, where is it?
Mobility Choices make every effort to have your order with you promptly, with most orders arriving within 2-3 working days. Unfortunately however, we can’t control the Royal Mail and some orders can take longer. Due to the Royal Mail lost package procedure we do ask customers to wait for a maximum of 15 working days before we would put a claim in for the lost goods and re-dispatch your order. Please note, we would love to rectify any missing orders quicker, however this is the time that Royal Mail stipulate that a package is deemed to be lost.
If your order takes longer than this to arrive then please don’t hesitate to contact us, either by email or phone, and we’ll do our utmost to sort out the problem.
I require a VAT receipt with my order, can you provide one?
All our orders should be dispatched with a VAT receipt, if for any reason you misplace it or it is missing and you would like a copy please let us know and we can send you another copy at any time.
I've had trouble with other online retailers, how do I know I can trust you?
Mobility Choices is an established online supplier, with over 10,000 happy online customer orders dispatched per year. We are not just an online retailer, we also have a "bricks and Mortar" presence at our shop in Manchester, if you want to try any product before you buy, why not pop in and see us, click the "Contact Us" tab at the top of this page for directions.

What are your Shipping services for Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands and overseas?
We are happy to post most of our items to any location worldwide, however the postage prices will be increased for delivery abroad. Please ensure you email us first on the below address to find out the accurate price. Some larger items may incur an extra postage payment for Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. This is only for larger items that would need to go by courier and we would contact you to make sure you are happy with this first.

What methods of payment does your website accept?
You can pay instantly using either our intergrated secure HSBC payment gateway or alternatively if you prefer you can pay through your PayPal account. If you prefer you can click the Payment By Phone button at the checkout, we will then call you on the number supplied as soon as possible within working hours and take a credit or debit card payment over the phone.
You can also pay by Cheque, Postal Order or NHS Puchase Order, simply click the send payment by post button at the checkout. Cheques and Postal Ordes should be made payable to Mobility Choices ltd and will need to clear before we can dispatch your goods. Payments should be sent to:
