About Mobility Choices

Mobility Choices ensure that customers get best possible value by sourcing product from our panel of approved suppliers. Acting as agents we pass on savings to our satisfied customers.

 

Free Express Delivery within the UK Mainland When You Spend £100

As no one wants to sit around waiting for deliveries, we provide an express service with all our scooters and the prices shown on this website include delivery to your door anywhere in the UK mainland.

Our standard delivery service is included in the price, the scooters are delivered by our friendly drivers, who will show you how to use the scooter and go through any questions you may have. We take pride in caring for our customers and feel this adds a personal and friendly touch to our service.

To keep our prices competitive on our smaller products, we may dispatch these by courier service.

Delivery is usually within three working days from the date of order, but should you require it sooner, let us know and we will make very effort to try and get it there.

Postage and Packing Aids to Daily Living

Our P&P rates are as follows:

£0-£50 = £5 p&p
£50-£100 = £2.50 p&p
Spend over £100 and delivery is free


Delivery is usually within 3-4 working days depending on product availability. If delivery is to be longer we shall inform you within 24hours of placing your order

Payment

Payment is normally via the secure Paypal site, see following

For goods delivered by courier service we require payment in full at the time of order by debit/credit card or by cheque (all cheques take 5 working days to clear before we can dispatch your order).

On all other products, you can pay in full or we can accept a 20% deposit (which can be payable by cheque or debit/credit card). The outstanding balance will then be due on delivery to the driver by either debit/credit card, cash or cheque.

VAT

Individuals purchasing disabled mobility products for their own personal use are usually exempt from paying VAT. We will require you to sign a simple declaration form that confirms you are eligible to receive goods at a VAT exempt price. Our prices are therefore shown exclusive of any VAT.

Warranty and Guarantee

Our after sales service means that should you experience any problems with your disabled Scooter, we will be there to help you.

We have access to a National Network of Trained Engineers, however in some circumstances we may require return by courier to the outlet for repair.

All of our products come with a full 12 months' guarantee against faulty manufacture or materials. In most instances we will arrange to collect and/or repair disabled scooters. This warranty does not cover maintenance problems such as flat batteries, punctures and general wear and tear. In these instances a call out charge will apply.

Returns policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused "as new" state within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.
